ITINERARY

The Dream in Progress Tour leads you from Palermo to Gibellina Nuova - following the three sections of the exhibition - with two stops, first at Ruderi di Poggioreale where we will take a short walk through the remains of the former town, destroyed completely by the Belìce earthquake 50 years ago.

At the second stop we will wander through "Il Grande Cretto", one of the biggest Land art installations in the world, that covers the ruins of Gibellina Vecchia.

DEPARTURE & RETURN
9.00 - 18.00

Tours start from our departure point at Villa a Mare, Foro Italico Umberto I in front of Villa Giulia, in Palermo at 9:00, driving to Ruderi di Poggioreale where we stop for 30 minutes, then to Gibellina Vecchia and "Il Grande Cretto" for another stop after which we continue to our destination the Dream in Progress in Gibellina Nuova where we will arrive at lunchtime.*

When returning we will take the shortest route back to Palermo for drop off at the departure point at an estimated time around 18:00.*

The price of the Dream in Progress Tour is 40 Euro all inclusive (50% discount for children under 12 years):

GROUPS

Group tours of at least 20 persons can be organised at any date at least 2 days in advance.

 
 

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE DREAM IN PROGRESS TOUR

Tours take place on selected dates and only as long as a sufficient attendance for a tour is reached.

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
